Contract Agreement Between Schools ON AIR and the Applicant

Parties:

• Schools ON AIR (hereinafter “SOA”), located at Ontario, Canada, an educational consulting company providing school application and study permit assistance services.

• Applicant (hereinafter “Student”), the undersigned individual or their legal guardian if the individual is a minor.

1. Purpose of Agreement

The purpose of this agreement is to establish the terms and conditions under which SOA will assist the Student in the school application process and study permit application to study in Canada.

2. Student Responsibilities

The Student agrees to fulfill the following obligations:

• Provide Accurate and Authentic Documentation: The Student must submit only accurate, true, and authentic documents necessary for school application and study permit purposes. SOA reserves the right to terminate services without refund if fraudulent or falsified documents are discovered.

• Non-Refundable Initial Deposit: The Student acknowledges that the initial contract deposit paid to SOA is non-refundable under any circumstances, including visa denial.

• Refund Policy for Tuition Fees: In the event that the Student’s study permit application is refused, SOA will facilitate a full refund of tuition fees paid to the school, minus any non-refundable administrative fees charged by the school.

3. SOA Responsibilities

SOA agrees to fulfill the following obligations to support the Student’s application process:

• Confidentiality of Information: SOA will not disclose the Student’s personal information or documentation to any entity other than the intended educational institution and Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC), solely for the purposes of application submission.

• Diligent Representation in Student’s Best Interest: SOA will act as an advocate on behalf of the Student, striving to serve the Student’s best interests in securing the most suitable educational placement and optimizing the visa application’s chances for success. SOA will make every effort to ensure high-quality representation and to advocate in a way that aligns with the Student’s academic and personal goals.

• Application Support Services: SOA will provide assistance in compiling and submitting necessary documents for both the school application and the study permit application to IRCC.

• Limited Liability on Visa Approval: SOA does not guarantee the outcome of the visa application. The decision on visa approval is solely under the jurisdiction of IRCC and depends on factors including but not limited to the availability of spots for international students, the Student’s financial, educational, political, familial, and academic backgrounds.

4. Acknowledgment of IRCC and School Policies

The Student acknowledges the following:

• Visa Application Outcome: The Student understands that visa approval is subject to IRCC’s current policies and processing, which SOA has no control over.

• Admission Policies: The Student acknowledges that the acceptance into the intended school and the outcome of the visa application are not guaranteed by SOA, as these decisions are made independently by the educational institution and IRCC.

• Refunds in Case of Refusal: Should the visa application be denied, the tuition fee will be refunded in accordance with the school’s policies, deducting any non-refundable fees as stipulated by the school.

5. General Terms

• Modification of Agreement: Any modifications to this agreement must be in writing and agreed upon by both parties.

• Termination of Agreement: Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice; however, the initial deposit will remain non-refundable.

• Governing Law: This agreement is governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.

Acceptance of Terms

By signing this agreement, the Student agrees to all terms and conditions specified in this contract. SOA agrees to provide services as outlined under the conditions stated.
